Exchanges and Refunds Policy

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to exchange or return purchased items, you have 15 days after receipt to proceed with the return, with the exception of earrings and piercings. Return costs will be borne by you. The order should be sent to the following address: Av. Almirante Reis, 57A, 1, Dto, 1150-011, Lisbon.

The return conditions are as follows:

• Articles with no sign of misuse;
• Return of the complete article, in the original packaging in perfect condition;
• Return period: Up to the 15th consecutive day, from the day of delivery.

The refund will be made by transferbank, or by PayPal, for the value of the items returned within 15 days of receipt of the returned items.

In case of unavailability of any item and/or out of stock, the customer will be informed in order to proceed the respective exchange or partial or total cancellation with the right to a refund of the amount paid. In this case, the refund will be made by discount coupon, bank transfer, or by Paypal.

POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO ITEMS OR ORDER DAMAGES

Orders are shipped by CTT or other carriers. Tracking numbers will be sent to customers by email or SMS, if applicable.

FEIRA DE BIJU® is not responsible for the loss of orders sent without the registration option (CTT Correio Normal, CTT Correio Azul or CTT Correio Verde).
